hmm was just wondering..some of symptoms of really enjoying yesterday's fellowship games..some of which include: headaches, neck aches, backaches, mouth aches(constant blabbering and cheering), leg pains, hyperactivity(which includes poking), fatigue(or frequent dozing off during morning worship and ministry)mind you i was awake tho' i was extremely tired out, sun burns, minor injuries...cardiovascular reprocussions...lol..yep tho' everyone was physically drained and shacked...nevertheless everyone including me enjoyed yesterday's games day..

so this morning i got up at 0730..not because of my alarm(tho' i rung like so loudly) but because of my mum AND dad's nagging to get up..well..then i went to wash up..and just got the first set of clothes i could reach for to get changed for church..reaching there..we started off with hymns and prayers and later the ministry by kenneth wong..and from where i was i could see the usual people sleeping or dozing off at intervals..lol..but i must admit i sometimes am or most of the time am in that group of sleepy people..(but i try not to lah of course)..next was breakfast..same place..and as we sat at the table eating..we talked about the past days events and some of the physical symptoms(refer to above) that we had..lol..after that was SS..in SS we talked about joseph when he was all grown and his brothers all going to egpyt to get food during the famine..but did not recognise him..and so on..we also touched on the fears in our lives..then all of us said that we were fearless..whoa..cos we cast our cares upon our Lord and Master..

so this is actually a pic of my hand..it should be visible..the before and after effects of the sun..wah maybe i could do an ad for a skin whiterning solution to earn some extra cash ew..that would be so gay man..

later we headed for the king koil's factory sale to do some shopping for bedsheets..it was there that i saw these two jag's..man you dont get to see two jag's in one shot everyday rite..um..but i also have taken the liberty to blur the numbers of the plates..to prevent toto and 4d addicts or some person who wants a lucky number to be tempted..so you can forget about try to enlarge the photo to get the numbers..

btw one verse in the bible that really struck me today is in psalms..

Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Psalms 100:3

we are God's people and he has made us and he loves you and me..so much so that he would even give his Son for us..so that if we believe we may have eternal life with Him on high..
